CDL A Solo OTR Truck Drivers

Position Overview DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers – OTR Solo and Teams to operate a modernized fleet. The role is open immediately for drivers with at least 2 years of experience, a clean MVR/PSP score, and an interest in both solo and team assignments. Candidates from Indiana and the surrounding South Bend, IN area (and other states) are welcome. Compensation 30% Line Haul + Bonuses (most popular for solos) $1,900–$2,400 Weekly Average + Bonuses Switch anytime to miles pay Up to 60 cents per mile for automatic drivers Up to 65 cents per mile for manual drivers Well over $104K+ per year on percentage (up to $145k top end) No Forced Dispatch Benefits & Perks No forced dispatch Modern trucks: mainly automatic, some manuals, fridges and inverters stocked Take trucks home during hometime; parking options available Dedicated dispatcher assigned 24/7 dispatch support No Touch Freight Weekly Direct Deposit Flexible and good home time Fuel cards, EZ‑passes provided Less miles to make more when on percentage More time to complete deliveries when on percentage Job Responsibilities Operate Class A CDL trucks (dry vans or refrigerated work available) Deliver goods on an OTR schedule with No Touch Freight Maintain compliance with ELD and company policies Adhere to safety and delivery standards Effectively communicate with dispatch and clients Qualifications Class A CDL with no pending suspensions Minimum two years of driving experience Clean MVR with no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years No failed or refused drug/alcohol test in the past 4 years Valid medical card issued Stable work history and good references Able to work with modern ELD systems Pass required drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr
