North DFW growth corridor — minutes from Denton, Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm, Celina, and Cross Roads.

Dentist-led private group practice. We will hire a strong full-time general dentist. We are really looking for a partner. Equity is available. The founder wants a successor who will own this office and carry it forward.

Commitment bonus

• Up to $30,000 for a three-year commitment
• Up to $50,000 for a five-year commitment
• Paid per the employment / partnership agreement (not a same-day lump-sum signing check)
• Final amount and payout schedule set with the offer

The current lead dentist is stepping down to about one day a week. The incoming doctor becomes the primary clinician, takes the existing patient base, and grows the practice from a foundation that is already producing.

Two ways in

• Associate / incoming primary dentist: Full-time chair, established book, productive hygiene, 50+ new patients a month, plus the commitment bonus.
• Partner / successor: Equity ownership is on the table. The founder is not looking for a two-year placeholder. He is looking for the doctor who will take this practice and leave it better than he found it.

Start in the chair. Partnership structure and timing are discussed with doctors who fit clinically and want to stay.

Practice snapshot

• 50+ new patients per month
• Current collections about $50,000–$60,000 per month
• Lead dentist transitioning to ~1 day per week
• Incoming doctor becomes the primary provider — you are not splitting the book with a full-time owner in the next room
• 2 dental assistants
• 1 strong, productive hygienist
• CBCT in office
• PPO / fee-for-service base
• Modern clinical systems and group-level ops / admin support

This is not a cold start. It is also not a maintenance job. The point is to grow what is already here.

Clinical scope Comprehensive general dentistry:

• Endodontics
• Invisalign
• Surgical extractions
• Implant restorations
• Crown and bridge
• Comprehensive restorative
• Same-day treatment when it is appropriate

CBCT and an experienced team are already in the building if you want to expand surgery, endo, implants, or aligners.

Compensation

• Up to $30,000 commitment bonus (3-year) or up to $50,000 (5-year)
• $700–$800 per day guarantee for the first 90 days
• Collections-based compensation after the guarantee
• Patient flow from day one (existing base + hygiene + 50+ new patients / month)
• Equity / practice-level partnership for the doctor who wants to own
• Split and partnership economics reviewed with qualified candidates

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time clinical week so you can take the book and grow it
