We're excited to welcome Bilingual (English/Spanish) and English Only Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistants, Front Office as well as Bilingual (English/Spanish) and English Only Medical Assistants, Back Office to our North Valley Area team serving the North Mountain, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale Osborn, Scottsdale Pima, and Thunderbird Offices. Compensation

$17.75$24.50 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you'll help deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.

You'll make an impact by:

• Providing hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, assisting with anemia and iron management, and supporting patient education
• Coordinating clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicating important patient updates to providers
• Managing patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans
• Supporting clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) in some offices required
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• 12 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
• A patient-first mindset and a commitment to providing compassionate care
