Benefits Opportunity for advancement Training & development Flexible schedule Job Summary We are seeking a licensed/waivered/registered Mental Health Therapist (ALPC, AMFT or ACSW) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises working with youth at our Bridge Wellness Center. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! We have a LMFT on site to provide you with clinical supervision. 20 Hours per week Monday-Friday Hours to be arranged by clinician and manager Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field and must be registerd with the BBS Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Silence Aloud, Inc.
