Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician

Position: Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician Location: Horsham, PA Pay Rate: $25-39/hr Do you enjoy troubleshooting machinery, solving mechanical issues, and keeping production equipment running at peak performance? We are hiring an experienced Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting drives, motors, and belts
- Diagnose and repair faulty machinery components including gears, motors, bearings, and other mechanical systems
- Install, assemble, and modify production equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-related issues
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout protocols
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment safely and effectively
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4-6+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and PLC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Vocational school or trade certification preferred
