The Health Services & Facilities Consultant position with the Agency for Health Care Administration's Bureau of Background Screening Services processes screening results for applicants and individuals required to work in regulated health care facilities. The role analyzes background screening determinations, manages the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, coordinates with law enforcement agencies, and responds to inquiries from providers and the public. Key qualifications: Two years of office/professional experience maintaining confidential information Two years of experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of state statutes and criminal history terminology Ability to manage high volume of assignments and de-escalate irate callers Ability to compile, organize, and analyze data #J-18808-Ljbffr Business and Financial Operations
