Preferred qualifications Master's degree in a technology or business‑related field. 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting). 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. 2 years of experience in software development or engineering. 2 years of experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders. You will work across a massive internal ecosystem—partnering with Hardware teams, Android, Google Play, and custom silicon teams—to deliver a seamless and wildly enjoyable gaming experience. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Drive the strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered, user‑facing gaming experiences and gaming‑specific features on Pixel devices. Lead the end‑to‑end gaming experience on Pixel by driving a multi‑year experience roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Influence hardware definition and silicon investments with Pixel Hardware teams to offer meaningful, practical value to mobile gamers. Balance peak gaming performance with sustained system health and quality, defining success against user‑centric KPIs. Lead initiatives and partnerships with game developers to co‑design and implement a scalable outreach strategy for Pixel.
