A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking one to two Psychiatrists to join their growing team. The program is actively expanding, with a current census of approximately 40 patients and the capacity to increase into the 80s.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric care. Candidates must be comfortable working alongside and supervising mid-level providers within a team-based care model.

Key responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary staff, providing clinical oversight and support to mid-level providers, maintaining timely and accurate documentation, and participating in call coverage as required.
