Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care as per physician orders and established standards. Perform assessments on patients with complex respiratory conditions. Manage ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients. Participate in respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures. Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. Minimum of one year of experience in a critical care setting. ACLS and BLS certifications required; NRP preferred. Proficient with Epic healthcare software. Experience with adult critical care and emergency department procedures. Experience with NICU preferred but not required.
