Additional functions and physical requirements are available on the full job description.Minimum Required QualificationsActive Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employedNot on the DEA Excluded Parties ListImmunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degreeAnticipated Weekly Hours: 35Time Type: Full timePay Range: $65.00 - $65.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
