Position Summary Join our dedicated team as a Facility Engineering Maintenance Plumber, where you'll be essential in maintaining our stores and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and associates. Key Responsibilities Change filters as required on company-owned equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform necessary repairs on sinks, faucets, toilets, hose connections, drain lines, water lines, and water heaters, ensuring functionality and hygiene. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all company-owned equipment, promoting longevity and reliability. Collaborate with the lead to effectively develop and implement a maintenance schedule for assigned stores. Maintain inventory control for truck stock to ensure all necessary supplies are readily available. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with established standards. Foster positive communication and interaction with team members, supervisors, and associates, demonstrating respect and professionalism. Perform all essential functions of the position efficiently, with or without reasonable accommodations. Qualifications Previous experience in a maintenance role or relevant educational background. Possess valid plumbing licenses as required. Able to travel independently to various store locations. Flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts, as needed. Competent in data entry and administrative tasks. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to make quick, informed decisions and handle stressful situations with composure. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team morale. Willingness to relocate within specified zones. Familiarity with company policies and operational procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new software as necessary. Serve as a customer service role model with a strong commitment to excellence.
