Supporting the effective coordination of the Courier Program, the full-time Courier Program Specialist will manage courier activities, ensure compliance with standards, and oversee expense reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Administer courier program activities, including expense report reviews and inventory management Ensure compliance with NMDP standards and facilitate annual training for couriers Act as the primary contact for couriers regarding expense reporting and program-related inquiries Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, healthcare, business, or related field 2-3 years of experience in a volunteer coordination or management role Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of quality assurance principles and volunteer management best practices Strong organizational, program coordination, and customer service skills
