Patient & Shift Information Baby: 12-hr Day/Night shifts available; 3p-11p shifts available Private Duty Nurse RN and LPN Requirements Registered Nurses: No experience required – Accept applications from new grad RNs. LPNs: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required. Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
