You will partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to identify defects, improve test strategy, and strengthen release readiness. Your work helps deliver stable, scalable solutions and improves the user experience across the software development lifecycle.What you'll do:Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for software products and application enhancementsDevelop, maintain, and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test data aligned to business requirements and technical specificationsCollaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to identify, document, troubleshoot, and resolve software defectsApply quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve test coverage, release quality, and production readinessContribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of automated testing scripts for repeatable and efficient validationParticipate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen quality processes and delivery outcomesAnalyze test results, communicate findings, and provide clear recommendations to support timely issue resolution and informed release decisionsResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:5+ years of experience in software quality assurance across test planning, test execution, defect management, and release validation2+ years of experience in automation testing using automated test frameworks, scripting, or comparable quality engineering tools2+ years of experience in performance testing, including test execution, issue analysis, and validation of application stability and responsiveness2+ years of experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration1+ years of Fiserv systems experienceExperience using test management, defect tracking, and reporting tools to support traceability and quality outcomesBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and automated build pipelinesFamiliarity with security testing practices and secure software validation methodsKnowledge of software development lifecycle models across enterprise or distributed application environmentsCertification in software testing methodologies or equivalent demonstrated experienceHow you'll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
