Staff Development Coordinator RN

Lead clinical education and competency development for nursing staff in a long‑term care and post‑acute setting. Design and deliver orientation, ongoing training, and skills validation to ensure safe, person‑centered care. Collaborate with leadership to assess learning needs and implement quality improvement and infection‑prevention initiatives. Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a mission‑driven, faith‑based environment.
