Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Your Responsibilities:We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.Your Qualifications:We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.Basic computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.Candidates must reside within 40 minutes of both properties (Medway and Hudson, MA).Compensation & Benefits:We offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, an extra paid day off during your birthday month, and more!
