Work Environment

This full-time role is based onsite at our surgical center, where you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Our facility is equipped with advanced medical technology and a supportive atmosphere that encourages continuous learning and development. The center is operational Monday through Friday, and you will typically work a 40-hour week, commencing daily at 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review the medical histories of patients to formulate comprehensive care plans.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging studies such as X-rays, to inform treatment decisions.
• Provide diagnosis and treatment for a range of health conditions within the scope of family medicine.
• Design individualized treatment plans for managing chronic and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and manage scheduling to ensure smooth coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, preventive measures, and treatment options, empowering them to participate in their own care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive health practices to improve overall community health.
• Stay current with advancements in the primary care field through ongoing research and professional development engagements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
