El Asistente del Sitio juega un papel clave en el mantenimiento de un entorno seguro, limpio y de apoyo para los clientes. Esta posición es responsable de hacer cumplir las reglas de la instalación, asistir con las necesidades de los clientes y garantizar la limpieza y seguridad general del sitio. Responsabilidades Desinfección regular de áreas de alto contacto, limpieza general de la instalación y seguimiento de los protocolos de salud y seguridad. Apoyar las admisiones y altas de clientes, realizar controles rutinarios de las habitaciones y responder a preocupaciones inmediatas de los clientes o de la instalación. Mantener altos estándares de limpieza y cuidado para promover la salud, seguridad y bienestar de todos los residentes. Operar en un entorno de alto nivel, de ritmo rápido y alta presión, gestionando múltiples prioridades, tomando decisiones críticas bajo presión y manteniendo profesionalismo en todo momento. Aplicar precauciones universales, incluyendo el uso adecuado de EPP y el manejo/descarte seguro de fluidos corporales. Realizar tareas de limpieza rutinarias diariamente: barrer y trapear pisos, aspirar áreas alfombradas, vaciar botes de basura y limpiar ventanas, paredes y ventilaciones. Transportar a los clientes hacia y desde citas programadas, mantener registros de transporte, inspeccionar vehículos de la empresa y limpiar áreas de alto contacto. Calificaciones Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente GED. Habilidades básicas de computación, incluyendo la capacidad de enviar y recibir correos electrónicos y resumir datos en hojas de cálculo. Licencia de conducir válida de CA, 5 años de récord limpio en el DMV y elegibilidad para el seguro de vehículos de la empresa. Se prefiere bilingüismo en inglés y español.
