Are you fun, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with seniors? We’re looking for a Life Enrichment Director who can bring joy, connection, and a little excitement to our residents’ everyday lives!

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead monthly activities, outings, games, arts & crafts, entertainment, and special events
• Coordinate birthday parties, religious services, music programs, and resident celebrations
• Create meaningful activities based on residents’ interests and abilities
• Build relationships with local organizations, entertainers, and community groups
• Coordinate and oversee Activity Assistants
• Create content for our weekly programs and community newsletter
• Help make Fairmount a fun, engaging place to live!

• Fun, outgoing, energetic, and creative
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and organized
• A natural people-person who loves building relationships
• Comfortable leading groups and getting involved
• Experienced working with seniors preferred
• Musically talented is a BIG plus! Do you play guitar, piano, ukulele, sing, or another instrument? We’d love to hear about it!
