Criteria:
- 2+ years of customer-facing, administrative, or communications experience
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company - a bonus!
Responsibilities:
To thrive as our Customer Success & Communications Specialist, you'll need to bring an upbeat, cheerful attitude and a genuine desire to help others! You'll assist customers, partners, and prospects over the phone and through email, triaging messages to ensure a timely response. You'll review incoming inquiries, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or team. Salesforce is our CRM, and you'll work within the platform to log call details, enter contact information, look up accounts, and organize records. When able, you'll help with routing decisions, basic responses, and more, doing what you can to help take care of every person's unique needs!
