ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has proudly served the Moore community since 1960, making us one of the longest-standing businesses in the area. As a 3rd generation State Farm agent, Im passionate about continuing that tradition of service and community involvement. From sponsoring Central Elementary and supporting local sports teams to running an annual cookoff competition between the Moore Police and Fire Departments to raise money for Special Olympics, giving back is at the heart of what we do. We also stay active with the Kiwanis, Rotary, and Chamber of Commerce.

Our team of 11 is a mix of long-tenured professionals and newer faces, which creates a balance of experience and fresh energy. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot, compete in fun office games, and celebrate wins together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Evans - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
