Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, reflecting their objectives and preferences, while integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Provide individual and group therapy, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and develop coping strategies.

  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge of various treatment options and effective self-care practices.

  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure continued efficacy and responsiveness to individual needs.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Intermountain Healthcare & Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, primarily mood disorders and related conditions.   • Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
