Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in planned recreational programs for residents
- Encourage participation and ensure resident safety during activities
- Communicate any concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain attendance records for events
- Help decorate the facility for holidays and seasonal events
- Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Activities or Administrator
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Must be outgoing, creative, empathetic, and a strong team player
- Basic computer skills
Schedule:
- Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00-8pm
