Position Highlights:

• Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Full-time, itinerant role across multiple schools
• Primarily in-person instruction; consideration given to hybrid schedules
• Commitment for the 26/27 school year

Qualifications:

• Valid WA TVI licensure (required)
• Experience working with students with visual impairments in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for facilitating independence and academic success among visually impaired learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instructional support to visually impaired students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to ensure accessibility and accommodations
• Travel between school sites as needed to meet student caseload
