Jimmy John's Sandwiches Brand Ambassador Part Time Service Workers Camelback, Phoenix, AZ, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1790 Salary Range: $14.00 To $17.00 Annually Compensation: Wage - $14 - $17 hourly rate (based on experience) + Inshop Pool Tips + Bonus Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures Maintain and foster Company Culture Prep and make sandwiches for daily sampling and events when needed Maintain store cleanliness Maintain Food Safety Maintain Workplace Safety Maintain Store and Equipment Safety Work closely with the General manager and Marketing Manager Plan and execute a strategy for sampling Jimmy John’s sandwiches within the surrounding community Execute Local Store Marketing campaigns Cold calling and follow up Qualifications Must have own vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance Must have state-required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only Preferred marketing and/or sales experience Must have a flexible schedule Must be 18+ Must be coachable Must have experience in dealing with customer Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working Conditions Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and walk. Must be able to carry sandwiches when delivering to offices and/or events.
