Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess each patient's needs and formulate tailored therapy approaches to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations

Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and effective care

Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers indispensable therapy techniques to facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions

Track and Adjust Treatment: Continuously monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program

Ongoing education and specialized certifications recommended and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) needed
