We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Local Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing operation. This position offers a combination of touch freight and no-touch freight , flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation, and opportunities for growth as we expand into additional markets.

Compensation

• Monday–Friday: $27.00–$35.00 per hour
• Saturday: $35.10–$45.50 per hour
• Sunday: $40.50–$52.50 per hour
• Flexible scheduling available
• Typical start time is around 4:30 AM

Pay within the listed ranges may vary based on experience, assignment, schedule, and other job-related factors.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and professionally
• Complete local pickup and delivery routes
• Handle a mix of touch freight and no-touch freight
• Follow company, customer, safety, and DOT policies and procedures
• Complete required inspections and documentation
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Protect equipment, freight, and customer property
• Maintain dependable attendance and on-time performance

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Strong commitment to following policies and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working with both touch and no-touch freight
• Ability to meet applicable DOT and safety requirements
• Ability to successfully complete applicable background and driving-record screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local law

Schedule

We understand that drivers value flexibility. We offer flexible scheduling options based on available routes and customer needs.

Most routes have an approximate 4:30 AM start time , with opportunities available throughout the week, including premium-paying weekend assignments.

Position Classification

This opportunity is currently structured as a 1099 independent contractor position , with the possibility of transitioning to a W-2 position in the future as the company and operation continue to grow.
