Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Social Media Manager - this is a hybrid role in Redwood City, CA. Salary range: 110-225K USD base.

We're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time.

We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of our growth.

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with 3-6+ years of experience to own our social channels and maximize our engagement for our upcoming beta launch. You should be a strategic and hands-on creator who has experience growing a consumer-facing brand at a startup. We need someone who can generate a massive swirl of conversation and help us define a new category in home robotics.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to build hype for our fall beta launch.

• Own our social presence end-to-end, with a primary focus on driving conversation and engagement on X (Twitter).

• Collaborate with our creative director and video team to leverage a large amount of existing video content for social.

• Come up with new, creative ideas for content and work with our in-house production resources to bring them to life.

• Manage day-to-day social posting, community engagement, and performance tracking to grow our audience of early adopters.

Requirements :

4+ years of experience in social, content, or creative roles at a startup, ideally consumer, owning strategy and execution (Mandatory)

Managed social media for an early-stage B2C tech startup or a cool consumer product company (Oura, Partiful, Notion, Whoop) (Mandatory)

Owned social channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution (Mandatory)

Experience with influencer and creator partnerships in tech (Nice-to-have)

Deep expertise growing a brand's presence on X (most important), TikTok, Instagram (Mandatory)

Proven ability to maximize engagement and the virality factor (via campaigns or personal following on X) (Mandatory)

Able to work in-office in Redwood City, 4 days/week (Mandatory)

Open to a contract-to-hire engagement (Mandatory)
