Our team handles everything from residential driveways and parking lots to major roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, excavation, masonry and asphalt maintenance. Compensation $50,000 – $100,000/yr based on experience Retirement and Company Match Program after 1 year of service. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. Duties Develop new business through strategic sales processes and outbound marketing plan, including cold calling and prospect qualification. Negotiate work and competitively bid projects, while also capitalizing on company‑provided leads. Develop accurate estimates for asphalt and concrete projects by analyzing requirements, blueprints, specifications, and site conditions. Organize client information, deliver compelling sales proposals, and ensure smooth project management. Efficiently manage and update all leads, prospects, and client information within our CRM system. Present solutions and application concepts directly to customers, responding to inquiries about our diverse range of services. Initiate job creation coordinating schedule requests within the production team. Effectively manage change requests throughout projects, accommodating client‑driven changes and adjusting schedules accordingly. Provide regular updates on project status to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and electronic documentation. Cultivate positive relationships with internal cross‑functional teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers. Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in the asphalt, construction, landscaping or lateral type of business preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors and vendors. Experience in operations management. Process‑oriented with a problem‑solving mentality. Able to review blueprints, specifications, proposals, plans, and drawings. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
