Overview Future Opening: Experienced Automotive Service Manager Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair is a FL based automotive repair franchise with multiple locations. We specialize in automotive AC repairs while performing all repairs on all makes and models. All locations are independently owned and operated. What we offer Great Pay Hands On Training Paid Holiday Paid Vacation Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center Ensure that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability Manage and train a team of service technicians and support staff Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols Perform quality control inspections of repairs and maintenance services Maintain accurate records and reports on service center operations Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repairs Proven track record in sales and people management Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation and Schedule Pay: Base + Commissions tied to enhanced customer engagement, trackable by car count, average repair order, and customer satisfaction. Initial Schedule: 6 days a week, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.
