Licensed Clinical Social Worker, TelehealthWe are looking for a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team providing therapy to clients in a structured telehealth setting. The work centers on helping clients understand what they are experiencing, identify patterns that may be affecting their daily life, and develop realistic tools for managing emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.As an LCSW in this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, complete clinical documentation, and guide clients through treatment plans that are clear, practical, and individualized. This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants a professional remote role with steady full-time work and a clear clinical focus.Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilitiesMeet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessionsGather relevant psychosocial, behavioral, and mental health history during intakeDevelop client-centered goals that support measurable progress in careProvide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, family strain, and adjustment issuesDocument session notes, treatment updates, and clinical observations within required timelinesEvaluate ongoing risk and respond appropriately to safety concernsHelp clients strengthen coping strategies, communication skills, and daily functioningMaintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote care environmentParticipate in clinical collaboration when needed to support quality of care
