Summary Of The Radiologic Technologist Role The Radiologic Technologist provides quality patient care by proficiently performing radiology exams and assisting radiologists with accurate information for interpretation. Responsibilities include setting up and conducting radiological procedures operating radiographic equipment performing quality control and reporting tasks identifying areas for improvement and reporting them to management contributing ideas to departmental growth and development Qualifications and Skills Two years of accredited radiologic technologist training or equivalent Washington Radiologic Technologist certification National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association At least one year of clinical radiologic technology experience (preferred hospital experience) This role is on-site, with a pay range of $35.62 - $58.93 per hour, and may include additional incentives.
