Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. Job Schedule Mon: 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM Tue: 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM Fri: 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM Sat: 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM Sun: 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM Requirements 20+ Years of Age Valid Drivers License Ability to use computers – basic computer knowledge Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for restricted or controlled locations in accordance with applicable procedures and post instructions. Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
