The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, vendors, events, social media, marketing materials, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of marketing calendar and campaigns
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content
• Maintain website content and coordinate vendor updates
• Coordinate sponsorships, donations, trade shows and events
• Process marketing invoices and track expenses
• Maintain project and photo library
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager to prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and requested materials
• Manage the online company store and employee marketing requests
• Maintain marketing SOPs, templates, and document organization

Who We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience with marketing software, such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Local to York, Pennsylvania (preferable) but with regular travel to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites and yard locations for offsite meetings (flexibility to work from home when appropriate).
• A “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
