Poole's Pharmacy Care in Greenville, KY is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our team in providing exceptional pharmaceutical services, coumpounding services and home medical equipment to our clients. As a Pharmacist in Charge at Poole's Pharmacy Care, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in drug management therapy, providing vaccinations, and ensuring convenient delivery of prescriptions to homes or workplaces. Daily Responsibilities:
- Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Dispense medications following all legal requirements
- Manage pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide medication therapy management services
- Oversee clinical pharmacy operations such as vaccinations
- Protect and maintain a positive work environment
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Immunization certification
- Strong patient care and counseling skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety protocols
- Leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in reimbursement processes
- Visual acuity for accurate prescription dispensing
- Compounding experience
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $128,000.00 - $140,000.00
