SharePoint Administrator

Overview We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to support internal and external solutions for the U.S. Navy, designing, developing, and advising on a variety of SharePoint projects that meet organizational and client needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, produce, and advise on SharePoint solutions for internal and external stakeholders. Develop creative solutions to complex problems and build out-of-the-box SharePoint experiences. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality products that support the Navy. Bridge the gap between SharePoint administration and development to improve integration across systems. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience promoting knowledge sharing in organizational business processes and systems. 3+ years’ experience with SharePoint development and architecture. 3+ years’ experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Automate and PowerApps). Ability to translate client and stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions. Secret clearance (required). Bachelor’s degree (required). Nice to have: 3+ years’ experience in software development and delivery. Nice to have: Experience supporting a U.S. Navy or DoD customer. Nice to have: Data visualization in Tableau or PowerBI. Nice to have: Web development skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Nice to have: Formal documentation of efforts and customer engagement. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
