What You'll Do: Rotate through key parts of our business: warehouse operations, customer service, and sales. Learn how to support customers, solve problems, and win business in a fast‑paced, high‑demand field. Gain product knowledge (we’re talking thousands of SKUs—from faucets to water heaters). Shadow experienced leaders and learn how branches operate from the ground up. Train at your own pace, this isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all kind of gig.
