Network Field Engineers

Smart Hands / Network Field Engineers (Multiple Locations – USA & Canada) We are seeking experienced Smart Hands / Network Field Engineers for ongoing wireless infrastructure deployment projects across multiple locations in the USA and Canada. Candidates with strong experience in rack & stack, structured cabling, Cisco WLC installations, fiber connectivity, and onsite network support are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Stage equipment prior to deployment and cutover Install and support Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) Perform power/network cross-connects and verify switchport availability Install and connect SFPs, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet patch cables Coordinate with remote teams during cutover activities Validate physical connectivity and troubleshoot installation issues Remove, label, pack, and prepare legacy WLC equipment for return shipment Preferred Background Network implementation and structured cabling expertise Hands-on experience with fiber and patching environments Ability to work independently onsite with minimal supervision Strong understanding of physical network infrastructure Tools / Readiness Engineers should have: Rack screws and installation toolkit Ability to verify required SFPs and patch cords onsite Deployment Scope Typical pace: 1 site per day for small/medium sites Weekend deployments may be required for larger locations Deployment Locations Twin Falls, Yuba City, West Sacramento, Saskatoon, Rimouski, Bridgeton, Denver, San Diego, Carroll, London, Atlanta, St. Louis, Wilmington, Altoona, Princeton, Auburn, Modesto, Macon, South Burlington, Erie, Jonesboro, Elyria, Eau Claire, San Fernando, Chattanooga, Erlanger, Conroe, Youngstown, Whippany, Allentown, Kearny, Franklin, Cookeville, Reno, Fairmont, Bremerton, Fort Worth, Savannah, Pittsburgh, Columbia, Newville, Valdosta, Lubbock, Medford, Waycross, Fort Smith, Gates, Corvallis, Melbourne, Pikeville, Sedalia, Frankfort, Jamestown, Spokane, Granby, Orillia, Chicoutimi, Pulaski, Vancouver, Lockbourne, York, Orlando, Casa Grande, Lima, Middletown, Cincinnati, Toledo, Portsmouth, Indianapolis, Randolph, Houston, Fargo, King of Prussia, Twinsburg, Kansas City, Memphis, Trenton, Cedar Rapids, Aberdeen, Tolleson, Howell, Detroit, Harrisburg, and more.
