Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead M&A Integrations

Job Type: Contract Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead on behalf of our client in Remote EST to lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS and proven experience delivering full lifecycle EPM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations across FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
Support M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation initiatives.
Configure financial consolidation, account reconciliations, and enterprise data management solutions.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
Lead solution design, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Support Trial Balance onboarding and Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
Ensure effective data governance, consolidation, close, and intercompany elimination processes.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations .
Hands-on expertise with FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS .
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, intercompany eliminations, and master data governance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or ERP carve-out initiatives.
Experience with Trial Balance onboarding.
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Strong experience leading testing, deployment, and post-production support.
