Preferred Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (optional for the right candidate)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are required. We can be flexible with Thursday for the right candidate.

Compensation: $50.00–$58.00 per hour , based on experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinical team. This opportunity is perfect for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients about oral health, and providing comprehensive preventive care in a collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and complete comprehensive oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
