Spa Sales AssociateHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking Spa Sales Associates. Full Time & Part Time positions are available. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Quakertown spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!The primary qualifications and requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer service to members/guestsWelcome and greet members/guests upon arrivalAnswer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and service upgradesFollow proper filing procedures/file maintenancePromote health/wellness benefits of massage therapyMaintain a professional and clean work environment & appearancePositive, energetic attitudeTeam playerAbility to build relationshipsPerform various other duties as assignedAvailability to work Fridays, Saturdays and SundaysWhat's in it for you?Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.
