Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a Personal Care Aide. This onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to contribute directly to student development and well-being in a variety of educational settings through June 2027. Multiple elementary, intermediate, and high school campuses have potential openings—placement will be determined according to the district’s needs.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Personal Care Aide in a school setting is highly valued
• Preference is given to candidates with full Pennsylvania credentialing
• Ability to adapt and provide individualized assistance to students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Must complete required Pennsylvania clearances, including Act 151 (Child Abuse), Act 114 (FBI Fingerprint), Act 126 Training, Act 168 paperwork (if applicable), PATCH/Act 134 background check, two-step TB test or Quantiferon TB Blood Test, recent physical (within 60 days), and a drug screening

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction as directed by supervising staff
• Assist students with daily academic and social tasks
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere
• Adapt supports to meet the individual goals and needs of each assigned student
• Maintain documentation as required
