Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per established care plans under RN supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor patient responses and document outcomes
- Assess, monitor, and document vital signs and changes in patient condition; communicate changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Diploma or certificate from an approved LPN program
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting and comply with regulatory requirements
- Availability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet 36 hours per week
- Local candidate preferred due to orientation scheduling (local-only orientation requirements)
