Dental Director
Complete Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Dental Director to provide clinical and administrative leadership for our dental services team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, mentor providers, drive quality improvement initiatives, and continue direct patient care while making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. Job Description: Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding access to quality healthcare. As Dental Director, you'll have the opportunity to shape dental services, develop providers, and improve the oral health of the communities we serve while working alongside a team committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited School of Dentistry. Current South Dakota dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Minimum three (3) years of experience in dental operations. Experience with electronic dental records (EDR). Knowledge of personnel management and administrative functions. Experience with quality improvement and process improvement initiatives. Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
