Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited School of Dentistry. Current South Dakota dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Minimum three (3) years of experience in dental operations. Experience with electronic dental records (EDR). Knowledge of personnel management and administrative functions. Experience with quality improvement and process improvement initiatives. Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
