Location:St. Joseph’s Hospital – Tampa, FL Status: Full-Time Shift: Varies Days: Varies Responsibilities Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists. Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Associate - Related Field Experience Required : Customer Service experience - 6 years / Contact Center or Medical Concierge - 2 years / Supervisory Role - 1 year Preferred: 1 year NICE Suite Specific Skills Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects. Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment.
