Join Our Client, a global pioneer empowering the world! We seek Construction Safety Manager with 5-8 yrs in data center construction, a Safety/Science degree preferred, and strong audit skills to manage site safety and risk.

responsibilities:

• Review and assess health and safety implications of construction changes, conducting independent site audits to evaluate compliance against standards and KPIs.
• Develop reporting structures, lead daily and long-term safety planning reviews, and actively engage in site-level health and safety management.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate high-risk activities while assisting with safe plans of action, lifting plans, and contractor competency reviews.
• Conduct safety training, log observations into Owner platforms, and ensure all site observations and non-conformances are fully corrected.
• Coordinate site work activities and evaluate the effectiveness of safety communication among contractors, supervisors, and site workers.

qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in safety, science, or a related field preferred.

5 to 8 years of health and safety experience within data center construction or related heavy construction environments.

In-depth knowledge of construction-related safety standards, strong attention to detail, and proven problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
