SAP Data Quality Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4 HANA Data Quality Analyst with a passion for Data governance processes in S4 HANA. Roles & Responsibilities As a consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to workshop, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, support, etc. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to work with customers in implementing data governance processes. Requirements Ability to review data profiling results and define data quality metrics with business Understanding of master data and SAP data structures Experience facilitating business discussions to define data quality rules (e.g., for customer, material, supplier, assets, equipment) Responsible for reviewing profiling results with business and IT, identifying data quality business rules to be developed in Information Steward Functional knowledge of SAP S4 and understanding of S4 data model for master data Experience designing data quality rules preferred Ability to work independently on project and lead project technically Ability to draw & implement enterprise‑level architecture Assist in day‑to‑day operations of customer discussion with respect to design and development Recommend best practice solutions, based on research of emerging products, services, protocols and standards Works extensively with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources on the strategy, deployment and optimization of product services and solutions Takes lead role in execution of projects Analyzes technical requirements and environments Familiarity with adherence to standard change management procedures when introducing technical changes to production environments Supports activities needed to implement and maintain security policy & regulator guidelines Analyzes and documents technical requirements Well versed with incident, problem, change, SLA management Works collaboratively between application owner, other enterprise architect group and technical architects to define and describe solutions Strong ability and desire to learn new technologies and capability to drive innovation are absolute must Direct engagement with customers to provide support and understand customer needs Assist in responses to internal and external compliance audits, penetration tests and vulnerability assessments Knowledge of master data and SAP data structures Experience leading business discussions to specify data quality rules (such as for customer, material, supplier, assets, equipment) U.S. citizenship or green card required Generic Managerial Skills, if any Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Leadership experience with onsite/offshore teams Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities Base Salary Range $120,000 to $160,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary annual incentive Comprehensive medical coverage: medical & health, dental & vision, disability planning & insurance, pet insurance plans Family support: maternal & parental leaves Insurance options: auto & home insurance, identity theft protection Convenience & professional growth: commuter benefits, certification & training reimbursement Time off: vacation, sick leave & holidays Legal & financial assistance: legal assistance, 401(k) plan, performance bonus, college fund, student loan refinancing Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Science #J-18808-Ljbffr
