Position Mental Health Clinical Supervisor – New Journeys First Episode Psychosis Program (FEP) Employment Type: Full Time. Salary: $82,000 (Negotiable). Position Summary We are seeking a clinical supervisor to help launch a New Journeys First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program in our Lynnwood Sea Mar clinic. FEP is an evidence-based model of care. This role will be responsible for implementing the program, monitoring operations, and providing clinical supervision while overseeing a team of five clinicians. Responsibilities Implement and monitor operations of the FEP program. Provide clinical supervision to a team of five clinicians. Lead regular team clinical meetings and supervise other clinicians. Oversee outreach and community education, develop referral sources, and lead the screening process for referrals. Be the primary contact for participants and families, spearheading efforts to engage participants in treatment. Serve as a family education provider, using shared decision making and evidence‑based practices such as multi‑family groups and connecting families with self‑help tools. Promote a strengths‑based, recovery‑oriented approach to psychosis. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences from an accredited institution. At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or clinical management experience in behavioral health. State‑level clinical supervisor licensure; LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent licensure required. Fully vaccinated for COVID‑19 or possess a COVID‑vaccine exemption. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. What We Offer Competitive salary of $82,000 (Negotiable).
