Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform wound care as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Adapt to dynamic and fast-paced clinical environments.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
