I LOVE SUGAR is now hiring for a Bar Host in our new flagship location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The new Las Vegas flagship is I LOVE SUGAR's most architecturally innovative store, featuring a monumental faade and state of the art design that creates a stunning new destination in one of the world's most visited tourist destinations. Spanning 14,000 square feet of candy paradise, I LOVE SUGAR Las Vegas is also one of the largest candy experiences in the world.

Job Summary: The Bar Host will be responsible for welcoming guests to our Bar in a warm and friendly manner. The primary purpose of this role is to provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional customer experience for all of our guests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitors customer activity to determine seating flow.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, appearance of products, texture, serving temperature, garnish and drink presentation.
• Ensure that tables are cleaned and reset according to Company standards.
• Compliance when determining potentially intoxicated guests per Company standards and procedures.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests within any given period of time.
• Clean glass & floors throughout shift.
• Support Bar staff with any additional needs & specific tasks.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.

• Bartender: 2 years (Preferred)
